Q1 – Do I have to contribute to the fees of the 1st Central Law? THE MINISTER – You don`t have to pay anything in advance, no matter what. If you already have comprehensive legal expenses insurance at the time of the accident, you do not have to pay any legal fees, whether you win or lose the case, subject to the reasons set out in questions 4 and 5 below.
